He has worked with State Bank of India from Feb 1975 to Dec 2012 in various positions mostly associated with Credit side, retired as Asst. Gen Manager from local Head Office on 31 Dec 2012 while working as AGM (VIG) at Vigilance Dept. of State Bank of India LHO Mumbai

Dinesh is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and. Dinesh has consistently excelled in his academics and all the projects that he has been a part of in his career.
Prior to establishing Universal, Dinesh has worked with leading industry & consultancy companies like Todays Writing Instruments Ltd , Lotus Group, Finmen Advisors Pvt. Ltd in the area of corporate debt restructuring, fund raising credit rating and risk management.

Mr. Vikas Agarwal is a graduated with first class in Commerce.. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. He is also having a certificate of Audit in Co-operative Society issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
