(Reg No 201921086R) from incorporation to June 2023, this company registered under company act of Singapore. This company provide overseas formation services, accounting and auditing to the corporates which based in Asia Pacific, UAE, Malasia, Singapore, US, UK and many other contraries. He specializes in Fund Raising Activities and in-depth knowledge of credit and risk assessment, Credit Rating Advisory, Business Re-Engineering and Corporate Debt Restructuring.
Dinesh is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and. Dinesh has consistently excelled in his academics and all the projects that he has been a part of in his career.
Prior to establishing Universal, Dinesh has worked with leading industry & consultancy companies like Todays Writing Instruments Ltd, Lotus Group, Finmen Advisors Pvt. Ltd in the area of corporate debt restructuring, fund raising credit rating and risk management.
